We are dedicated to creating a range of ciders which reflect our shared heritage and culture - from this land, of this island - to offer a drink for every occasion.

We have developed two particular ranges of cider:

Our THISTLY CROSS ORIGINAL CIDER range, featuring the Bass Rock on the label, and our THISTLY CROSS FRUIT & FLAVOURED CIDER range, in a variety of colours with the THISTLY CROSS LOGO.

THISTLY CROSS ORIGINAL CIDER 7.2% is the strength of traditional cider. It is a refreshing, lightly sparkling cider that does away with the sharp bubbles of commercial ciders. Light and fruity to taste, more complex flavours develop.

THISTLY CROSS ORIGINAL STILL CIDER 7.2% - the traditional way to enjoy cider... in a bottle. After the success of selling our Still cider from the cask in pubs and at festivals, and at Farmers Markets in Cider Boxes, we've had to bottle it.

Just prior to the apple harvest, we press all the late season soft fruit from Belhaven Fruit Farm to make our RED (strawberry) cider. The RED is blended to offer an alternative to sweet commercial fruit ciders, with a good fruit aroma and a bitter sweet finish, it is the keystone to our FRUIT & FLAVOURED cider range.

Other ciders in the FRUIT & FLAVOURED cider range include:

GINGER - a blend of a ginger infused cider with a medium sweet cider, to give a full bodied, rounded taste.

For hundreds of years, Rum was the common currency of the empire, and it was the rum barrel which was employed to mature cider in. Rum proved to be very compatible with cider, and imbued the drink with many characteristics, which, in time have become considered a positive part of the tradition. In Scotland, the Whisky barrel is king and we are pleased to present our whisky and cider blend
